  • Your stay at the Homestead at Cunningham creek is a bit of a farm stay. We have our own chickens on property and provide fresh eggs to our guests upon check in!

  • The property is situated on about 15 acres. At the back of the property, Cunningham Creek flows, which is where part of the name of the estate come from.

The Making of Memories By Our Guests

  • Great get away, peaceful we saw deer running everyday on the property, along with cute little hummingbirds that clung close to the feeders on the porch. Plenty of space a grown up party of ten. Awesome host - hooked us up with some fresh eggs. Would defiantly recommend.

  • We could not have picked a better location for our stay. My husband and I, along with our four adult children, their partners, and our 3 grandchildren were visiting for a family wedding. The house was perfect - lots of room to stretch out and give each other space, but a fantastic gathering area for when we all wanted to be together. This is, hands down, the most well stocked home I have ever stayed in. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, along with toys and games for the grandchildren and a swing outside that they loved. The home was spotless, and the owners were very friendly, even bringing us fresh eggs from their chickens at check in. I would highly recommend this home to anyone who will be in the area. It is absolutely perfect!

  • Beautiful home with lots of amenities. Hosts were friendly and provided all necessary information in a timely manner. There was a lovely note with a bottle of wine upon arrival. And a delivery of fresh eggs was a nice surprise. We especially loved all of the living spaces.

  • Alexandra’s house was beautiful. We loved the cozy comfortable furniture in the family room and the large TV. We enjoyed being able to all sit together and watch movies. We also enjoyed the large deck with a fire pit to sit around and watch sunsets on. And some of us also enjoyed the hot tub. We took a peaceful walk along the stream crunching through the leaves. The hosts were friendly and helped us when needed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

  • We were in town for a wedding. My brother and I were groomsmen, my dad did the wedding, and my nieces were flower girls. I say that to say that it was very important that we were close to the venue in a Airbnb that fit our full family of 12. The location was spacious, clean, and very private. The hosts were very accommodating, responded in a timely manner, and were very up front with all need-to-know items prior to the stay. This location is great for families with little kids as they had plenty of toys to play with and space for them to run around. Very thankful for our stay!
